Digital Architects – Refund & Return Policy

1. Advance Payments

All advance payments made for services are non-refundable once the project has been initiated. This is because resources, time, and effort are allocated immediately after project confirmation.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet been started.
  • A duplicate or incorrect payment has been made and reported within 48 hours of the transaction.


All refund requests must be submitted formally and are subject to approval after internal review.

3. Partial Refunds

In cases where a project is canceled after partial work completion, a partial refund may be considered. The refundable amount will be calculated after deducting the cost of work already completed, resources utilized, and administrative charges.

4. Digital Marketing Services

Payments made for digital marketing services, including campaign management and ad creatives, are strictly non-refundable. Additionally, any budget allocated and spent on advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads is non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. SmartSecure Subscription

All subscription payments for SmartSecure are non-refundable once the service has been activated. Users are encouraged to review features and service details before making a purchase.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication may result in immediate suspension of services and account termination. Digital Architects reserves the right to take legal action in cases of fraudulent disputes.
