Digital Architects – Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Payment Terms
All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule defined in the proposal or contract. Typically:
- Advance payment is required before project initiation
- Milestone payments are required during the project
- Final payment must be cleared before final delivery or handover
Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension.
3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- All deliverables remain the property of Digital Architects until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client, except for third-party tools, licenses, or frameworks.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines and delivery.
5. Acceptable Use
Clients agree not to use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities, including but not limited to scams, misleading advertising, or content that violates applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Digital Architects shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential business losses
- Platform-related issues such as account bans (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Downtime or failures caused by third-party services
7. SmartSecure Terms
SmartSecure services depend on device compatibility, internet connectivity, and user compliance. While we strive to provide reliable security solutions, we do not guarantee complete prevention of theft or misuse.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if terms are violated. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
