Digital Architects – Service Delivery Policy
1. Nature of Services
Digital Architects is a full-service digital agency providing customized solutions including website development, mobile application development, digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads), social media management, branding, and IT consultancy. Each service is tailored according to the specific requirements of the client, and the scope of work is defined in the official proposal or agreement before project initiation.
2. Service Delivery Timeline
All project timelines are estimated based on the scope, complexity, and client requirements. Typical delivery timelines are as follows:
- Website development projects are usually completed within 2 to 6 weeks.
- Digital marketing campaigns (including Google Ads and Meta Ads) are typically set up within 3 to 7 working days.
- Mobile application development timelines vary depending on features and functionality and are finalized at the start of the project.
Any delays caused due to additional requirements, scope changes, or client-side delays (such as late content submission or approval) may result in timeline extensions.
3. Delivery Method
All services are delivered digitally through appropriate channels such as email, cloud storage, project management tools, or direct deployment on the client’s hosting/server. For websites and applications, final delivery is considered complete once the project is deployed and accessible to the client or end-users.
4. Revisions & Modifications
Digital Architects offers a limited number of revisions depending on the agreed package or project scope. Revisions are intended to refine the initially agreed concept and not to introduce entirely new requirements. Any additional revisions or major changes beyond the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges and timeline adjustments.
5. Delays & Dependencies
While we strive to meet all deadlines, delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including delays from third-party services (such as hosting providers, Google, Meta platforms) or lack of timely communication from the client. In such cases, Digital Architects will not be held liable for delays.
6. SmartSecure Service Delivery
For SmartSecure (our digital product), services are provided on a subscription basis. Access to features is granted immediately upon successful subscription activation. Continuous updates, improvements, and feature enhancements may be deployed without prior notice to ensure optimal performance and security.
